happy 9 months!

Charlotte is 9 months old today!

Charlotte is growing and changing every day.  Her 9 month accomplishments include:

• pulling up on any and everything she sees.  She loves to be vertical and will pull up and then sit on her knees like a big kid.. it's hilarious.  
• She still hates being on her belly, so I am wondering if she ever will crawl.  She has started pushing her toys around and scooting her knees like she's crawling, so I guess that's a step.  But given her love of pulling up and standing, I think she may just go straight to walking.  She's still fairly mobile considering her lack of crawling.. she can cover decent distance with her lunging, leaning, and pulling up.  
• She babbles constantly, tries to sing along to music, and has this hilarious special "concentrating growl" she makes when she's holding something and inspecting it closely ... especially napkins, which she loves to shred to pieces. Seriously, give this girl a napkin and she's happy for an hour.  
• I think she's musical too.. she does a little bouncing dance whenever she hears songs she likes on her toys.  And it has to be the right song too... not every song is dance worthy.  She got that from me.
• She has started feeding herself cheerios and puffs, which crack her up.  We also tried yogurt for the first time this weekend.  She wasn't a fan at first, but she came around.
• She is still obsessed with Colin and just laughs and laughs at everything he does.  
• She spent all weekend drooling and sticking her tongue out.. so teeth may be coming soon?  
• She is still just our happy little girl.  So hard to believe she's already 9 months old!
