end of another era

Sunday afternoon Colin had another playdate with his friend Ellie so that Ellie's parents could enjoy one last day out before Ellie's new baby sister or brother arrives on Friday! The kids played together SO well this time!

We all built block towers (Colin called his an antenna and told me it was "pretty neat" like 23 times):

We watched some Dora the Explorer (or, "Not Choo choo" as Colin called it). Apparently this was during a particularly riveting scene.

They took turns on the slide and when Colin was sliding, Ellie would prepare to "catch" him.

Then we had a cardiology consult.

It was great to see the kids having fun together. Soon their playtimes will be a threesome! Good luck to the Wallheimers this week!
