happy mother's day!

We spent nearly the entire day outside today. We hadn't gotten any of our yard work and planting done yet since it's been unendingly cold and rainy here. But finally it was warm and nice today so we got a lot of work done. Me and my bud on mother's day:

Colin got some sidewalk chalk from his friend Sophie for Easter. He likes it. That's a pinecone in his other hand. He tried to draw with that too.
