I'm back at work this week and so far things are going well.. probably easier for me than for Mike! He's staying home with Colin this week and so far it hasn't been the easiest week. Colin developed an eye infection and Mike had to take him to the pediatrician yesterday ... and has now been attempting to get eye drops in his eyes 4 times a day (it was actually easier to get drops into Truman's eyes last year than Colin!). On top of that, it's snowing, and our furnace has decided to act up, so he spent this morning juggling a crying baby and trying to get someone to fix our furnace (or at least come look at it so we don't freeze tonight!). He's doing a great job - but I have a feeling this is just a preview of our new life as working parents.
As a bonus, Colin got weighed at the pedi yesterday - he's up to 13 lbs 11 oz - he has almost doubled his birth weight already! The kid loves to eat - wonder where he got that from?
