So, Colin and Daddy made it through the first week together with no injuries or mental breakdowns! We were all over the town the first few days of the week, including visits to both Mommy and Daddy's respective offices on Wednesday. Everybody was excited to meet Colin, he was a little overwhelmed while at Daddy's office, and then completely asleep the entire visit to Mommy's work. That day also included lunch at BW's, a trip to the mall, and our first public changing in the Target bathroom and feeding at the Starbucks. (Colin had his milk sans coffee.)
We've spent the last couple days at home and they have been low-key for the most part. Yesterday Colin showed us that he can grab and hold his toys and then bring them to his his mouth while lying on his back. Today he spent a little time sleeping in his pack'n'play while not in a swaddle - 25 minutes or so, not much time, but it's a start. He's going to have to getting used to napping like that, so it's a good beginning.
Here's some pictures of our last two days, and a video from yesterday...It's nothing special, but I know the grandparents all like to see as much of Colin as they can!
