We went for another ultrasound last week and Baby was showing off his acrobatic skills this time, putting his feet behind his head! The ultrasound tech was cracking up, as he put his hands behind his head and proceded to hit his feet with his hands (or vice versa!) If that's what he's doing when I can't feel him, I can't imagine what he's doing when I can feel him! She also caught a picture of him opening his mouth wide and we saw his little tongue. The pictures aren't the greatest since I'm without a scanner, but hopefully you can see what I'm talking about.

Nursery Part II
We've been doing lots of work on the nursery and it's coming together. This weekend Mike hung the curtains and the sailboat pictures and I put the bedskirt etc. on the crib. Everything's almost done, except for the letters spelling baby's name over the crib, which won't go up for awhile...

Each of the sailboat pictures has a part of the nursery rhyme that's on the quilt

I'm not sure why the walls look so bright-blue in the pictures. It's really more of a pale blue in person.

Cards 3, Cubs 1
In honor of this weekend's cubs-cards series, I'd like to note that our baby is already involved in an intense tug of war for his allegience. The day Mike found out he was a boy, he bought him a little cubs outfit. But thanks to our recent visit to St. Louis, including a trip to the ballpark clubhouse and some awesome donations from our friend Liddy, the babe's wardrobe is now leaning towards the good old red and white. With our friends in Indiana evenly divided, I'm sure this will not be the last of his red and blue wardrobe. I just hope the kid likes baseball.
